Cancellation Policy

A deposit of £20 or approximately 20% of Total bill is levied and usually required in advance.

If you need to cancel all or part of your stay (or change terms to make your stay untenable) I am obliged to make every effort to re-let your room. If I am unable to do so then I may keep all or part of your deposit and may be entitled to seek compensation.

Booking Notes

The Old Guard House is a no smoking establishment.

Parking off road is not guaranteed. There is plenty on-road parking.

No pets allowed.

Late arrivals must be notified at booking
